Just completed the one week intense course run by Art of Living organisation. It was simply amazing experience. It was the first time I did proper meditation and yoga and also the first time I stayed vegetarian for more than 5 days.
Although I can't describe about the course in so much detail, basically it has huge effect in getting people to de-stress, have more positive view about life and affect people around them positively thus enjoying what we always want to achieve but never seem to ... which is finding true happiness in life and enjoying it every moment no matter what the circumstances maybe.
Hope those who read this try to find more about the organization and course and give it a try and experience for yourself. I'm certain you won't regret it.
